What Browser Do I Need to Use RumbleCard?
RumbleCard supports the following browsers:
- Firefox 2.x and later
- Internet Explorer 7.x and later
- Safari 3.2 and later
- Chrome 2.0 and later
Do I need to enable cookies and JavaScript?
Yes. The RumbleCard relies upon cookies and JavaScript for advanced features.
Orders that complete production by 5:00pm are shipped that day.
Am I Allowed to Make Changes to My Order?
For print purchases,, you can make any necessary changes to your order as long as print production has not yet begun. If the order has already begun print production then the order cannot be canceled. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, RumbleCard will refund your money or reprint your materials free of charge. Mailing list purchases begin fulfillment immediately after order and may not be cancelled.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
Before the printed materials are shipped, you can check order status by logging into your account or calling our toll free number. After the product is shipped, you can track the product through our website by clicking on the UPS tracking button.
What If I Am Unhappy with the Final Product?
Customer satisfaction is the driving force behind everything that we do. Nothing is more important to us than providing our customers with the highest quality services. If you are not completely satisfied any service that we provide just contact us and we will either fix it to your satisfaction or refund your purchase price.
Can I Change My Password?
Yes. You may change your password by logging into your account and clicking the "My Account" header at the top of every page. Once you have navigated to your "My Account" section you will see a "Change Password" link in the menu on the left.
Can I Change My Email Address?
Yes. If you would like to change the email address associated with your account just send an email request to customer service.
